10.11 Gewijzigde voorwaarden Informeren

After receiving a decision email, the student may submit objections or request exemptions. In some cases this results in a change of admission requirements. The faculty changes the requirements in Osiris and SA sends a corrected decision email.

Change in admission requirements BA, PM or MA

You will see the students who have already been informed before in the informing filter. You can see that the decision has already been added and if you go to messages and search for the Decision on Admission at Radboud University email.

In the application of the student, you should see the changes under the Checklist: Besluit door Toelatingcomissie in Gewijzigde Voorwarden

1)Please double check the changes in regards to the previous requirements and edit vrije velden accordingly.

2) Open the corresponding template (depending on the type of application INK-AO or INK-NL, BA, PM or MA) to email the student again, depending on the language of the sjabloon please write the following in bold and red at the top of the email.

> Your admission requirements have changed. Please find below your adjusted admission email, your previous admission email is no longer valid.

In Dutch

> Je toelatingsbeschikking is gewijzigd. Hieronder vind je jouw aangepaste toelatingsemail. Je vorige toelatingsemail is niet langer geldig.

3)Edit the sjabloon and add the requirements as corrected in vrije velden. Send the email.

4)Go back to aanmeldingen/application and change the drop down menu from informeren to > email vestuurd

Change ECTS pre-Master's

After a student has been accepted to a premaster programme the faculties may grant them exemptions for courses.

The changes need to be added to Osiris by the faculty. You will see the students who have already been informed before in the informing filter. You can see that the decision has already been added and if you go to messages and search for the Decision on Admission at Radboud University email.

In the application of the student, you should see the changes under the Checklist: Besluit door Toelatingcomissie in Gewijzigde Voorwarden

1) Open the corresponding template. Send the student a new email including the changes (number of ECTS and mention the exemptions if mentioned by the faculty).

At the top of the email in bold and red please write:

> The amount of ECTS for your pre-Master's has changed. Your previous decision email is no longer valid.

In Dutch

> Het aantal ECTS van je premaster is gewijzigd. Je vorige toelatingsemail is niet langer geldig.

Go back to aanmeldingen/application and change in the drop down menu from informeren>email vestuurd

2)Send an email to CSA per student to infocsa@ru.nl (in the subject add the student name + student number). In the body of the email mention the change of EC for the student.

This way they will double check the number of EC and we keep the four eyes principle. We dont need their approval BEFORE the enrolment deadline but we do need to inform CSA.
