Sometimes it does not seem to be possible to download documents such as the transcript of records, the study progress overview or the declaration of enrolment in OSIRIS Student.
There are two things you can do to solve this problem.
Make sure the pop-up blocker is off
Check in your browser if pop-up blocking is off. If it is on for OSIRIS Student, any download will be blocked by the browser.

Try OSIRIS with a different browser
Instead of Google, try Mozilla Firefox, for example. Browsers can sometimes react differently.
